CNC Diamond Cutting

Diamond-Cut Alloy Wheels are very distinctive, they are often two-tone and the face of the wheel is very shiny, with circular grain lines like the back face of a CD. They require a CNC machine repair to return them to a factory OEM finish.

This type of finish on alloy wheels is becoming ever more popular and would estimate that over 85% of modern vehicles have this type of finish. You will be able to tell if your wheel has this kind of finish by looking for small lines/grooves on the face of the alloy wheel. This is from the cutting tool from when it was originally made.

We have the specialized ‘CNC Lathe’ at our workshop that refinishes this type of wheel back to OEM standards. We aim to get the wheel finished by the next business day.

We also offer a pickup and drop off service! We can come to your house and put your spare tyre on and take the damaged wheel. (*Travel fee’s apply)

All repair quotes include removal of tyre, refit and re-balance.

After removing the tyre, we then wet blast and refinish the wheel using our cutting-edge CNC lathe, which removes the scratches or scrapes, taking a fine layer of material from across the face of the alloy.

The wheel is then clear coated and cured. Finally, the tyre is refitted, balanced and the wheel returned to the car as good as new!
